1. Coaching Services
What you receive (after purchase)
- One-on-one or group coaching sessions via Zoom, phone, or another agreed platform.
- Welcome email with scheduling instructions and any prep materials.
Payment terms
- Paid in full upfront, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered at checkout.
- Payment secures your slot and scheduling priority.
Refunds & cancellations / rescheduling
- All coaching payments are non-refundable.
- You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice; missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited.
- If we must reschedule, we’ll offer the earliest available alternative.
Other important terms
- Coaching is not therapy and no outcomes are guaranteed; you are responsible for your decisions and actions.
- Sessions are confidential per our Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Community Memberships
What you receive (after purchase)
- Immediate access to our private online community.
- Features: discussion forums, exclusive resources, and live group sessions (when scheduled).
- Email sent with login details and setup instructions.
Payment terms
- Billed quarterly or annually (based on plan selected).
- Auto-renewing until canceled.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
- All membership payments are non-refundable.
- Cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access.

- Access is for the registered account holder only.
- Members must follow Community Standards; violations can result in removal without refund.
- Availability of features and programming may change over time.
3. Courses
What you receive (after purchase)
- Instant access to course materials (e.g., videos, worksheets, templates, bonuses).
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access is lifetime.
Payment terms
- One-time, upfront payment at checkout.
- Processed securely by our payment provider.
Refunds & cancellations
- All course purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.
